As category captain, they have a need to ensure availability, planogram compliance, seasonal products, and launches of OTC products in a timely and cost-effective way – OTC cabinets, open-sales solutions and store display.
Assignment and solution
SRB has, for several years, helped J&J with various services to ensure the correct shop fittings, products, and in-store designs for OTC. We provide everything from rollouts of cabinets, planograms, and fittings, to sales promotions, implementation, regulating seasonal products and store checks. After each project SRB delivers a summary of store specific data and images via our customer portal for further analysis and future decision making.
